After the spectacular sixteenth Hong Kong Auction organised by Acker Merrall on the 16th and 17th September 2011, where various lots of Champagne Salon were offered, a special Salon and Delamotte dinner was hold at the Pool House, Grand Hyatt.

On each of the 6 courses two consecutive vintages of Champagne Salon of the same decade were poured ; an original matching concept where Delamotte started and ended the impressive wine list.
