The 1 Michelin star SPOON by Alain Ducasse will be introducing Champagne Salon 1999 in Hong Kong on May 4th 2011.
1999 is the 37th and last vintage of the 20th century.
The dinner will feature a 7-course menu created by SPOON Chef Philippe Duc paired with 7 unique vintages of Salon & Delamotte champagnes.
