A l'image d'autres grands millésimes tel 1976, la précocité du Terroir du Mesnil est bien maîtrisée chez Salon grâce à ses vieilles vignes et la stabilité hydrique de la craie.

Près de 90 jours avant la vendange, les vacances seront raccourcies pour certains.

Cool Winter, warm Spring the ripening season as we have seen in the past is early to say the least. The vineyards in Champagne have already flowered, Salon's Garden in Le Mesnil started on May 27th, a little later than the rest of the Côte des Blancs.
